Wouldn’t it be awesome to dominate your competition and out sale them?
Well you can but you first have to understand a few things.
- You have to understand that domination does NOT happen overnight.
- Generating leads passively also does NOT happen overnight.
- It isn’t always FAST but it IS always worth it.
Biggest Obstacle to Overcome
Your BIGGEST obstacle is your mind!
If you keep telling yourself you suck at things, you undoubtable will suck.
Instead of saying you suck try saying “How can I get better?” or “Where can I find better resources?”
Our minds or rather what I like to refer to as our “ego” is always trying to knock us down and make us think we can’t do something.
Ego is your subconscious that likes to play mind games.
It’s those little voices you hear in your head telling you aren’t good enough, smart enough, techy enough, etc.
You have to shut that voice up or you will never achieve the success you deserve and desire.
Tips on How to Market Your Business Online
So how do you market online and dominate your space?
The BEST way is to build an audience, become an authority and out teach your competition through providing Free content that leaves your audience asking “What does he or she have? I have to get some of that.”
O.M.G. she said FREE and provide content!
Yes if you want to dominate in your niche market you have to provide value and the best way to do that is through Free content that solves a pain your target audience has.
People like to buy but they don’t like to be sold to and they are in pain and looking for someone that can solve that pain.
The sooner you realize this, the better off you will be.
Here is an example of what I mean by providing Free content that will solve a pain.
Say you are in the health and wellness industry you could write or better yet do a video (video is the best marketing tool) with something like “No energy? Ever struggle with having no energy through the day?”
You just talked to your audience’s pain. How many people do you know, maybe even yourself that complains about not having energy?
Then give your audience a few tips on how they could boost their energy. Then say “If you’d like to know the supplement I have personally tested that has boosted my energy level, in the comments below type “Info” and I will pm you.
What this does is create curiosity.
You want your audience to ask you about your products.
You DO NOT want to be posting pictures of your products on your news feed and say “This is the best stuff ever I can totally hook you up.”

It doesn’t work and you know it doesn’t work because people are not responding to your posts. Right?
So your question now might be “Well where can I find content ideas?”
Well just go to your local grocery store and look at the magazines.
You can get a lot of ideas from just reading the headlines on the front covers and if you are really brave, buy the magazine and write down the key points of a particular article that corresponds to your product and answers your audiences pain.
There is another great resource called google. Just type in the search bar “How to lose weight in 21 days.” I’ll guarantee you will get thousands of ideas.
Want to know what keeps your audience up at night? Try perusing forums. Again just do a search for weight loss forums or whatever niche market you are in.
As Nadia Melton so affectionately puts it, “Stop with the “Commission Breath”.
Your audience is in pain and looking for solutions, it is your job to solve their problem and you have the product(s) but you can’t just post pictures of products and/or links to your website and expect people to just scurry and buy what you have. You have to educate your audience on your products and the best way to do that is by providing value based content that solves their pain, then and only then will they want to buy from you.
